Second Unit
This client owned a residential lot Zoned R-2 in Santa Barbara's Eastside and wanted to maximize his property's potential.
We designed a two-story rear second unit that matched the architectural style of the existing front unit, would accommodate the required open yard area on the property and comply with the City parking requirements while also meeting all setback and height-limit requirements.

Exterior Renovation and Master Bedroom Suite Addition
This couple owned a one-story 2500 sq. ft. SFR with a 747 sq. ft. detached garage on a 37,000 sq. ft. lot Zoned E-1 in the unincorporated area of Santa Barbara County.The clients wanted to renovate the dated exterior to a more formal Italianate-style, enhance the main front entry, add a new three-car garage, convert the existing garage into two home-offices, and add a master bedroom/bath suite. 
Garage Conversion
This couple owned a two-story 2600 sq. ft. SFR with a 600 sq. ft. garage on a 39,000 sq. ft. lot Zoned R-1 in the City of Goleta, CA.
To accommodate an expanding family, they wanted to convert the existing garage to a master bedroom/bath/laundry area, and build a new detached garage to satisfy the covered parking requirements on the property.
