In 1991, Tony Xiques saw a need for a low-cost alternative to hiring a large architectural firm to draw plans for simple residential additions and remodels. Since then, Tony has merged his early construction experience and eye for design into a company that has earned a reputation among local contractors and clients as a dependable, innovative, and efficient residential design firm.

For over 20 years now, DEXIGN Systems has been designing high quality, cost-effective residential structures and additions. We have been involved in the design, drafting, and permitting of hundreds of residential and commercial projects in the Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo County areas.
